Putin just mentioned April 5th, as a window date - until / after which:
things get more relaxed again (at least in Russia).

So they are not gonna have lockdown / hard quarantine for as long as some other countries.

There is something that they all know, but are not telling.
What is so special about this 10 days windows?

I don't think the whole interwebs is gonna go thru reset.
Netflix already had a little issue.
Maybe it's partial, like social media offline for a while?

But then again, 'days of darkness' can mean plenty of other things.
A window of great danger in general?
