That means this NY doctor who successfully treated 350 patients w/ COVID19 can no longer prescribe the drug. [ link to twitter.com (secure)] Time to saddle up and ride… this may be exactly why the military will be needed. So now he's deciding who lives and dies! Hope that SOB gets it and requests those drugs for himself, and the doctors refuse him because they aren't authorized to do so in NY. I can’t believe what he or that Nevada yahoo is doing is legal? That’s doctor/patient privilege they’re interfering with! Police state, indeed! If someone dies because of this government action, I hope the family sues the piss out of Cuomo. Good thing Trump already made the right to try act.
