As if he has no control. Talk about rope a dope. i would think since the charges are against POTUS the optics would not look to good if he just took over DOJ. besides, every second another crime is committed by the DS. the net is wide. It's a classic Art of War move. Besides, the blanket immunity/pardons from Obama make their crimes go away so they have to get them on new ones. Arrests will happen after the election is my guess.
