[ link to twitter.com (secure)] Roscoe has some interesting thoughts on the perp who shot the two cops. Others also wonder if it's a woman. Roscoe thinks it's a child. I think it's a kid also, Stands just about even with the top of the drivers window, and runs like a kid! I too think it's a kid. First the height, then the running was not the run of a mature 28-30 yr. old man. not imo. First time I watched video, I said out loud, that's a kid. The run got me, much more than the height.
