Section 1.
All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States; nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.
Section 2.
Representatives shall be apportioned among the several States according to their respective numbers, counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed. But when the right to vote at any election for the choice of electors for President and Vice-President of the United States, Representatives in Congress, the Executive and Judicial officers of a State, or the members of the Legislature thereof, is denied to any of the male inhabitants of such State, being twenty-one years of age,* and citizens of the United States, or in any way abridged,
except for participation in rebellion, or other crime, the basis of representation therein shall be reduced in the proportion which the number of such male citizens shall bear to the whole number of male citizens twenty-one years of age in such State.
Section 3.
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
Section 4.
The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned. But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations, and claims shall be held illegal and void.Section 5.
The Congress shall have the power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.

Just found an image of the 14th amendment as it was submitted in 1866, maybe someone can imbed. From what I can tell only minor differences though legal eagles might disagree, legalese being what it is.
I think this totally explains why the plan is what it is -
absolutely brilliant!!! Wonder how that plays out re all those congress critters and senators or even VPS who aided and abetted? After all is said and done we are going to have a very much smaller government!
I think we better get ready for some real fireworks!!!

"but neither the US nor any state shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the US ..... but all such debts, claims and obligations shall be held illegal and void"To me as a person without any legal training, just looking at this text, it seems to say that what the democrat states have done by their sanctuary policies (draining the coffers with financial support for people who enter the country illegally, weaken and demoralize the citizens through supporting criminals) followed by rioting and burning of citizens property and destroying their businesses, even murder of citizens in their way, followed by literally burning large swatches of entire states through setting forest fires in forests they refused to maintain because of some cockamamie 'environmental' policy that flies totally in the face of long established international practices of good forest maintenance to prevent fires - all the while screaming "Death to America" to be finally followed by telling everyone a they will deploy the military to forcibly remove our lawfully elected president!!! We all know this is is insurrection, rebellion without a doubt. So the last section of the document tells us that debts incurred through these crimes are indeed null and void.
So, I know we understand this more or less, but the normies out there do not. The 14th amendment covers this and this is why president trump keeps saying "Law and Order". Our constitution is the law of the land ergo no federal money for the states involved in these criminal undertakings. I don't think for a moment that the president is going to not do anything to help good American citizens who were victimized by these criminal acts of their representatives who are all paid with taxpayers money. But those who did all this need to be tried for their crimes and most definitely punished. But while they are still in power they are not entitled to get one red cent as it will mostly disappear into their greedy pockets anyway.
I think (if I am reading this right) we need to show this document to those still without a clue, along with any other evidence supporting our claims. So please tell me if I am reading this correctly.

Along with all of you I too talked myself ragged trying to reason with my former liberal friends and neighbors and all I got for my trouble is no one talks to us anymore. As it is we live in a totally liberal small town anyway so the brain washing is really deep (all liberal leadership and 3 liberal colleges here is why, BLM signs everywhere).
But yesterday I tried something different, I talked to an acquaintance of mine about history, how the communists took over Russia, how the nazis did the same in Germany, how both groups came to the US (communists via so called intellectual rejects from the USSR who then worked out a designed for the US method called 'critical theory' and 'cultural marxism') and the nazis sneaked in via our fledgling space program back in the day.
Now most of our former friends and neighbors are highly educated professionals who mostly work for the local ivy league college or still study there for an advanced degree - I on the other hand am entirely self taught (you can learn a lot in more than 70 years if you stick with it and my curriculum was determined by the questions I had not some study guide). So their argument was 'what do you know, we are the ones with an education' - end of story. I am the deluded one and nothing I tried to show them about what is going on and what the president is really doing penetrated this wall. But I saw that none of them was even willing to try and prove me wrong with actual facts, not what CNN says.
Yesterday I was talking to this lady, a professional working in the mental health field. It was supposed to be a short conversation maybe for an hour or so. I tried the historical angle as I described before and low and behold I think I got through! The expression on her face when I made my case that what you see today is a plan laid long ago and executed so slowly over the years that few noticed what was really going on. What they told us was all designed to appeal to our good natures, our good hearts, so we ended up going along with their nefarious agenda.
When president Trump got elected it was by those of us who were waking up to realize how close we were to losing this nation. He was the one who said to us that he was not on board with that agenda. In fact, he was going to fight it and was willing to take all kinds of punishments, because he intended to win this fight and 4 years later I say he did exactly that!
So the shocked expression on her face when I showed her the evidence I had to support what I was saying (thanks to Q and without bragging, my own independent studies - I love history in particular, very ancient history and also the history of the past 200 years) let me know that I had gotten through. I had talked to her a few months ago, but she never looked up anything I had said to her as she admitted to me to her credit. Instead of talking for an hour we talked for most of that morning and all that afternoon until dinnertime.
The reason I am posting about this here is so maybe you can use this approach to get through to close minded people. She actually wants to come to my home now where I have all my books and computer files that I collected since the late 90's. I am so happy!
I am asking for your input about the 14th amendment. I realize as a naturalized citizen born and raised overseas. I still have much to learn about this country, my permanent home now. I could have read this wrong, I have no legal training and legalese makes my head spin anyway. Especially 150 year old legalese!
If I read this right I will most definitely include this in my 'deprogramming' efforts, so please let me know, I have no problem with constructive criticism. The document I linked in my previous post is slightly different than the one posted on the big board (ate). Don't know how I can bring it over so you can see exactly what the anons pointed to. The last link is to a 14th amendment document that is also from 1866 and it matches the original so maybe look at that instead. Can't bring it here, maybe one of you can - thank you so much! Sorry for this looooong post - guess I am making up for lost time (not really, but I have severe back issues and can only sit or stand for very short time plus I have carpal tunnel in both hands - all this makes posting very painful for me, in fact I will have to lie down now or my back will break in two - sorry, not complaining but explaining).
