[ link to twitter.com (secure)] Roscoe has some interesting thoughts on the perp who shot the two cops. Others also wonder if it's a woman. Roscoe thinks it's a child. Hubs said he thinks it might be a young teen - "initiation into a gang type activity." That was my impression. I coached a lot of 10-14 year olds in soccer. The perp runs a lot like a person who is not used to it - a lot like many of the kids I coached when they first started playing.
