Again .... this is nothing new. This very thing was happening years ago all over. There were horrific stories about the homeless disappearing and winding up dead, some of them. The rumor was camps of some kind. This kind of thing seems to come up at opportune times, when it is advantageous to the people who want to be in complete control of everything.
It was accepted as the truth then because there were things happening to uphold the suspicions of kidnapping and disappearance of known homeless. The stories were coming from members of the homeless population.
