Conservatives on the court is not exactly what is going on, it constitutional Judges following the constitution as written at the time of the founding, their true meaning and not as a living changing document as the liberals had been doing since the time of FDR. They changed the meaning of the word of the constitution to fit their agenda. You can not change the way it or the meaning of the words of the constitution and be correctly judging the laws of the constitution.
