No offence but I just tweeted him asking why he would carry a personal tracking device on him if he is involved in the spook world. I don't even carry mine to do a beer run. Why? Why carry one? Can connectivity not wait a bit and would it be so taxing to avoid the web for awhile? Stinks is what it does. I don't know who he is but he obvioulsy never put together a once illegal cannabis purchase of any size.
