Just so I get it, because I'm over this side of 'the pond', where the Supreme Court voted 4:3 in favor of a close decision, now the vote would be 4:2 if all members followed their political leanings in both scenarios? Why would anyone be in a rush to change this back? . In the past Chief Justice Roberts has voted with the libs. Obamacare was the biggest one. A 6:3 court would isolate us from that risk. If I remember correctly he said it was up to congress to correct the problems with the tax thing. I could have read it wrong, I do seem to remember the wording being different from the reporting of the findings, they said it was a tax, presidents can not do taxes with EOs, only congress can write taxes and they didn't because it was against the Bill of Rights.
