In memory of dear old Ruth and to memorialize her name Grassley should invoke the Ginsburg Rule**The Ginsburg rule set into place by then Sen. Joseph Biden who chaired the confirmation hearings for Supreme Court nominee Ruth Bader Ginsburg in 1993. Biden established certain rules for questioning nominees: The Biden rules stipulated that she had no obligation to answer questions about her personal views or on issues that might come before the Court. Despite her silence, the Senate confirmed Ginsburg, 93-3. Ruth at the Kavaganaugh Swearing in ceremony at the White House  The irony of all this is delicious. Clinton nominated Ginsburg. The Biden/Ginsburg rule. POETIC JUSTICE.  I hope they DO it!! I would not be surprised if Trump lets them all in on this little legal loophole./ After all, he's pretty much used ALL their tactics against them over and over!
