Happy Thanksgiving everyone.
We are thankful to still have mom around. I'm counting the days until we get to see her at Christmas in Texas.She will be 97 in February.

My 98.5 yr old Gramma was talking my ear off within days of her passing....i was so enthralled, i failed to record it:( We are past that point now. She has dementia - and has good days and bad. Fortunately, today was one of her good days and she enjoyed having dinner with us and then sitting outside on the patio for awhile. Red Devil's son is here, too. Unfortunately, her hearing aid battery quit so by the time red devil called, they each had their own conversation. It was rather comical from my end but frustrating for him.
