There is something wrong with that white headed policeman. The walks like a robot, he on some type of drug or he got some type of mental derangement going on. I did notice he was spraying that pepper spray I think it is, if it was a no mask reason he should have been spraying himself. This is not even normal for most policemen, I don't think. He actually looks and walks robotically.
