Unfortunately, Darlin, they caught a woman red-handed on tape bragging about how she could "buy votes". I think it was in DFW. I believe she was sent to jail. If you think that's a democracy, Ms. Hidalgo, you need to re-enroll in the University of Texas system. Just make sure you take out a big loan as my son had. He will be riddled with debt for the majority of his life- Because freedom is not free. I can disagree, freedom is free, the choices you make, life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, you are born with god given rights, it doesn't say anything about anything you just want. It is up to you to go after what you want, mostly if you live off the land you don't need it. Nowadays, they have taken that privilege away. You're right about everything else, and it not free.
