Dr. Frank: There are tens of thousands of phantom voters in some... in just one or your counties. Just, there are lots of them. So the next step then, to prove it to the them, to your county people, is to find the phantom voters. And that's why we need our super moms.
But then, here is where it gets fun. So, in other words, I've got the mathematics that shows that the fraud was operating, and we've got the phantom voters, you find the actual phantom voters, you do the forensics audits that you guys just called for today, where you show all the problems in the machines that were doing things they weren't supposed to be doing and how they connect to the internet, and all that.
And now, next week is the Cyber Symposium. And the Cyber Symposium is gonna be in South Dakota. And that's where Mr. Lindell is gonna release 37 terabytes of recordings, they're called P-Caps, the recordings of that internet traffic.
So imagine there was a bank robbery, right. And you walk in and Dr. Frank says, "I've run the calculation and there's 10 million dollars missing. Because I did the math, right? And then the super moms go out and pound the pavement and they find all the dollar bills out in the community, right? So that's like finding the shadow voters. And somebody does a forensic audit and they notice the fingerprints on the dollar bills or something. They trace them by serial number back to the bank or something.
And then somebody comes up with a video camera of the actual robbery taking place. There's... it's like you have the whole picture, right? So that's what P-Caps are. The P-Caps are like that. That capstone that shows you the recording, show you all this hacking taking place in real time.
Marcus Dee: Where... You've been working hand-in-hand with Mike Lindell, correct?
Dr. Frank: Oh yeah. Since March.
Marcus Dee: Where is he getting this information from? Can you divulge that?
Dr. Frank: I'm not allowed to say yet, but next week that will begin to be divulged. Part of the problem with it... when you think about it, its illegal to hack elections.
Marcus Dee: Who'da thought!
Dr. Frank: Who'da thought! Yeah! Exactly. And so you've got all these people doing illegal things, hacking the election. But there were white hat hackers that were also hacking elections and recording. I mean think about it. Two years before the election...
Marcus Dee: Through who? Through NSA? Through Space Force? Through FBI? Through you can't tell me? O.K.. I understand. I understand.
Dr. Frank: So, how about this? Just use logic. O.K.. So, Trump, an amazing President. He did lots of things during his administration, right? One of the things he did, he started a whole new branch of the military. And he hand picked all the leaders for that. What was that called?
Marcus Dee: I believe that was the Space Force.
Dr. Frank: Yes! Yeah. And you are on the internet, right?
Marcus Dee: From time to time.
Dr. Frank: Yeah. And how does the internet work.? I mean where do all the communications go? I mean, do they go over the phone lines? No. It goes over the internet.
Marcus Dee: Some of it goes to Tennessee.
Dr. Frank: Yeah. Some go up to satellites and some go all around the world, right? So, if you were going to try and record elections, where would be the perfect place to do it? Hmmm. I don't know. Just think... I mean its just logic, right? I mean, I'm not telling you anything. I'm just asking questions.
Marcus Dee: Are you, without divulging any behind the scenes, are you privy to any of the information that happened out of Tennessee all those weeks ago, when there was the explosion?
Dr. Frank: No! I'm not privy to any of that.
Marcus Dee: O.K., O.K..
Dr. Frank: Yeah, yeah. Its because, uh, we're careful, and, you know its interesting, because almost everybody that works with us is military people. And they're really good at this. They've taught me this. I'm a scientist. I'm use to using, I'm use to working openly and using open sources with everybody. But everything with these guys is, um, it has a military flavor to it. Because, like the attorneys and my colleagues, they're really military trained. And they work under need to know. So they will say, "Here's what you need to know, Doug, go work it out." You know, they don't tell me much more. And that's a good thing. Its good from a scientific control point, too. Because then I'm not pre-biased by anything.
Marcus Dee: Yeah, yeah. You said earlier that you've been working hand-in-hand with and have had conversations with both Mike Lindell and President Trump.
Dr. Frank: All the time...
Marcus Dee: (talking over Dr. Frank) What have been the conversations?
Dr. Frank: ...with Mr. Lindell. Yeah.
Marcus Dee: Have you had any conversations with President Trump?
Dr. Frank: Yeah. I don't speak. I listen.
Marcus Dee: Where... how often do you meet with them?
Dr. Frank: With Lindell?
Marcus Dee: No. With President Trump.
Dr. Frank: I don't meet with him in person. I'm well, I was his keynote speaker in Wellington, though. So, you know, if you call that meeting him.
Marcus Dee: Have you met him in person?
Dr. Frank: Yeah, yeah, yeah. But, but, its not, its not like I got to sit down and have dinner with him. It was quick, where with Mr. Lindell, we'll talk on the phone for an hour, you know. So, that's different.

So what the Cyber symposium is, that's when Mr. Lindell has invited cyber experts from around the world to come and analyze these 50 (corrects to) 37 terabytes of recordings of the election taking place.Its ‪from‬ ‪November 2nd to November 6th.‬ Recordings, hackings into 3009 of our counties in the United States. Maybe more but that's as many as we've found so far. There's only 3,145 counties in the country. So, that's 96% of our counties have been hacked."
