I don't think they stopped these people after all. I think they used them to for their objective. These people have been brainwashed into communism for a long time. They don't have enough sense among tho know what they are doing is harmful for everyone, this isn't the right way to do anything. They also are doing treasonous things that can put them away or get them executed. Check for how much of their plans took place. From what I can tell a lot.
