I understand everyone in this country is guaranteed a certain legal treatment by virtue of just being here .... but .... do these people have the right to claim all the same rights and privileges of a citizen?
Does this mean our replacement has already been put into place (and I didn't know it) and we, THE people have been demoted to scavenger?
