1973, ten years after the JFK assassination me as a ten year old watched a documentary about the Kennedy presidency which showed his time in office up until he was killed.

John F Kennedy a thousand days it is called.

I had so many questions then as a 10 year old after watching this.

That is what has led me here after all THESE years!

My Dad was without me knowing until I was older a conspiracy theorist, a critical thinker, I miss him and just know he would have loved these times and especially President Trump.

I often think of Dad on this date.

Mr Tibbs, You would have been three or four years older than me. In the deep South my people were not big JFK supporters. The gangster LBJ held a pretty tight sway back in that day. Wasn't much to say about a subject they were pretty much in the dark about anyway.

In my oilfield/child raising years i ran across Jim Marrs's book 'Crossfire: The Plot to kill Kennedy'. It was on.. I had a couple of copies of it over the years. Then the heat was turned on high when the Obama Regime was reinstalled for the second time. I was knocking on doors for the local Repub party when that happened. They sent us home the day before the election. Said that Romney Ryan had it in the bag.. We found out..
Then all the no early days with Patriot Soapbox and QNN. I was one of the regular voices on QNN.

lol In my Dad's last days he watched Fox News 24/7. He stayed in an uproar. I can't imagine him being alive today. lol He would have shot a couple of TV screens by now.

So here I am... Stuck in the middle with you..

At ten I had no idea of President Kennedy's politics or what party he belonged I was in the first instance confused how the President could be shot! and as much as I knew I questioned who really did.

To this day it still remains murky to me and one day I believe we will know.

So the Kennedy assassination started me off on my path of questioning and looking at things behind the curtain rather than accepting what is told to us, thanks to Dad.

Deplorableduckhunter, I am so happy be stuck in the middle with you and others on this thread at this time in history.

LBJ was a crook for sure, JFK was not a saint, and people are looking at him through rose-colored glasses, I don't want to even go where Kennedy had his problems, his speeches people here are a bit longer and turn things opposite what they start out as. He is the one who set the silver to be taken off the money from what I remember and I am pretty sure I am correct; it was his face on the last silver dollar. The silver was just a bit later sandwiched with the middle copper; I think. By the time Nixon go in they had decided to back everything in oil so prices rose and they put in just in time, this was the worst thing for the regular people because they were already slowly pushing the jobs out, changing the medical schools to train them with Pharmaceuticals as the thing pushing them on people. Actually, presidents are not supposed to have to say over the currency but with Democrats, they do it all together and there had not been a republican control congress at that time since the 1920s. Democrats control everything, from the swap out presidents, giving a token Republican and most democrats since the 1920s. It was a controlled government by one party, with in name only republicans who weren't republicans at all. Bush wasn't really republicans only using the name. Most of the Supreme Court was also left.

I am a real republican so I know the difference in the name only ones, they don't love the constitution very much which republicans always did.

I learn much here.

I have formed no opinion of Kennedy as President or his presidency as really he left with no legacy, formulation of policies when he first entered the Whitehouse but he never saw most fulfilled.

LBJ is shady, I have always thought that, I wonder why he never sought re election.

I have always had an interest in the Presidency and Presidents but it is posts like Hankie's, people who lived and experienced these past Presidencies and history and gives opinions and knowledge that I truly learn from.

Thank you.
