The Nays were 197. Difference of 35. [ link to clerk.house.gov (secure)] Without the unconstitutional Remote Proxy votes, there would be no historic 2nd sham impeachment of President Trump. Not much difference between proxy voting and mail in ballots! No way to verify who is voting? I didn't know they did this??? Enacted during COVID
