Use netowrking and gangs to take out people who they think think different , I mean bad people. So identify target and use yhat learned sensabilities to judge others like a gang of tmz fans . guess its alrught if someone tells u to do it.better yet, call them a bully while programming the minions as victims and targets the person who keeps to hemself. open an investigation maybe. Use friendship and reputation as tools for social currency. They need dirtbags to make this seem not the proble.
