Once you have done this, THEN you try to change it further.

We are very, very traumatized and damaged internally, there's a lot of work to do there.

Here's another thing: If you have true faith in God, you don't change anything, because everything is God's will, if you get my meaning.

Master yourself and trust that God provides everything in his time in his perfect creation.

You want to master recreating the material world around you but you haven't yet mastered breakfast.
