IF you qualify, you’ll have the option to register every gun/magazine with the state & submit to a criminal background check, (at your own expense of course) or become a class B felon over night..

So not only do you go from being a totally responsible law-abiding citizen to a felon overnight, but as a "felon", you lose all your REMAINING gun rights, and can't even own a .22!

If you read the measure, by definition, a Ruger 10/22 is an "Assault" weapon as it is a semi-auto that accepts "large-capacity" magazines (I wonder how many Rugar 25-round mags exist?).

Since they know that a full-on frontal attack on your right to self defense won't work, they first remove the guns that they are most afraid can be used to repel what they eventually intend to do to you.

Then, after you are weakened sufficiently, piece by piece, and the "government" has all the real means of real coercive force, they will move to take them ALL.

The very PURPOSE of the 2nd Amendment is to PREVENT this VERY thing.

Registration leads to confiscation. There are no exceptions.

Look at Kalifornia: They had a grandfather clause, as long as the "assault weapons" and magazines were registered.
After that was done, a few years later, registered owners were given an order to surrender their weapons and magazines.

Ok, I'm confused. How can they try to make something that is totally against the constitution?
Right to bear arms does not specify or exempt any weapon.
