I hate new laws, but we need one that says if any brought suit is found to be frivolous, the defendant not only has all legal fees paid for by the plaintiff, but also has to pay X amount to the defendant, as well as make a public apology via all manner of media to the defendant on the front steps of that court house. Make it as humiliating as possible, to dissuade any further phony bullshit suits.
