I personally feel a bit inspired by this so I wanted to share.

A 21 year old who has been battling lung cancer was finally given the go-ahead by his doctor to start working out.

He began his journey at 0% body fat - whoa!



This is so inspiring that i Just had to share. It always makes me happy to see personal and self development in others!
