It could be or it could be a ploy to get rid of him. Anyone can be charged with child porn easily. There was an article on slashdot few years back about how child porn is all over the place, including legitimate websites, and you more than likely have some on your computer not realizing it. The only reason this could be happening are government agents setting people up if they can't figure out what to charge you with.

If they didn't charge people for having thumbnails of images or charge people for getting porn of 18 year olds that look like children, or even charge minors for child porn, I wouldn't be defending this. Every time hear about stores like this, there is always something fishy going on.
