PragerU Sues YouTube, Google for 'Intentional' Censorship of Conservative Speakers

On Monday, the conservative educational nonprofit Prager University filed a lawsuit against YouTube and its parent company, Google, for "intentional" censorship of conservative speakers. YouTube made more than fifteen percent of the organization's videos impossible to access in its "restrictive mode" — meant to protect younger and more sensitive viewers — and only slowly provided contradictory answers for why they were restricted.

"Watch any one of our videos and you'll immediately realize that Google/YouTube censorship is entirely ideologically driven," PragerU founder Dennis Prager declared in a statement on the lawsuit. He accused Google and YouTube of "engaging in an arbitrary and capricious use of their 'restricted mode' and 'demonetization' to restrict non-left political thought."

They are using the wrong laws, they should be using employment laws to sue youtube/google.

The crux of the problem is that YouTube promises the fairest system of all - Payment based upon the number of views. It shouldn't matter what anyone believes in, what religion they follow or where they are from. If you get views, you get paid. Even if you create the shittiest content ever, views equal payment.

But, that's no longer how it works. Step outside the globalist agenda and you get fucked. This chick that shot the place up .. she had 300k views and got paid ten cents. YouTube just kept the rest of the money. I agree - her content was crap, but someone liked it. 300,000 people apparently.

Fuck YouTube. What we are seeing is fascism disguised as capitalism. Yes, YouTube is a private company, but once you monopolize a market, they should lose the ability to ignore constitutional rights.

And, YouTube isn't alone. Anyone who has had the misfortune to deal with Google, eBay, Facebook, etc.. they're all the same. You get fucked? Too bad. You can't even speak to a human.

i blame the content creators.
i mean obviously its susans fault. im not even gonna start about her..

but all it takes is 20 big ass youtubers to get together, send a letter to youtube, tell them they are leaving and taking their content if youtube doesnt change.. done.
and actually leave if youtube doesnt comply. its not that hard. the fans that actually watch their content will follow no matter what

In a weird way, I admire Nasime for at least taking some action. I think she's weird, I think her content sucked, I think I would never watch it. But, she was 39 years old and making a living from creating content. She had 300k views, so someone liked it.

Then, they just demonitized and age restricted her with no reason given. When the cops found her, she was living in her car. I imagine, to her, YouTube had destroyed her life. She was suicidal because of it. That's the power these assholes have taken.

They started blocking my YouTube account about 3 weeks ago, I can't sign in or change the password or anything, the fuckers haven't even responded to tell me why, about 11 years I had that account.

Its not just Youtube. The government is complicit in the destruction of American families, on seemingly every level. From entertainment, to education, to religion, and even something as simple as owning a pet. This is no longer life we are living, no, this is slow death whilst living within an internment camp.
