Why is Russia telling their citizens to stock up on iodine? Is it for media attention?
Quoting: Not about DEMS or republican 42527189 Likely...Russia is much more prepared for a nuke fight than the usa citizen wise as a generality though. In russia there are public shelters for the civilians, while only fiew people have nuclear bunkers in the US. I would say 90% of russians could sit it out, because those old soviet bunkers are still maintained and in proper shape. Nevertheless there will never be a nuclear war.
