Which means all of his electronic communications and files can be seized by Mueller.

If Cohen is an attorney and was EVER acting on behalf of ANY client (in this case Trump) then ANY communications between the two are protected, regardless if Cohen is proven to have been double crossing Trump or not. It does not change client-lawyer privilege that Trump might have discovered and acted/approved action against him.
