The Great Reset: Uranus transits in Taurus 2017-2020!!!

I am anticipating big changes also. I am an Aquarius rising with my natal Uranus at 0 degrees Scorpio. But, I am used to it, I also have an 8th house Sun and Pluto, and my North Node and Moon are in Scorpio, but not until 24 and 28 degrees, so haven't had them transitted by Jupiter yet. I am excited. I don't fear it, but rather look forward to it, like expecting a surprise package.The Uranus opposition will take place in my 9th house, my cusps are at 14 degrees. Here's hoping it comes as a positive surprise for you as well.

I never put much stock in Sun sign horoscopes. Mainly because I do not really fit the Virgo stereotype, even though my 2 close Virgo friends did. But in learning actual astrology,I am really starting to understand myself. ( I am a novice, only been studying about a year and a half). Come to find out, my one friend had Sun, Moon and rising in Virgo, and the other a huge stellium in Virgo. I figure it's all my 8th house,Scorpio influences, along with having Uranus as my chart ruler that lessens the "perfectionism" traits in me. I am quite used to unexpected events coming out of the blue that forces me to have to suddenly pick up, move or have to otherwise change my whole entire life quickly. It has made me good in an emergency. I do not get easily flustered, and can quickly come up with solutions


I just realized my Saturn is at 29 Cancer, so I am going to have quite the opposition/square going on 15th. ( I'm Venus in Leo, but it is also 3rd decan). I am kinda nervous now. Thanks for listening to my ramble, this is all new and interesting to me.



My younger brother is a Taurus Sun/Stellium, with a Scorpio rising. His wife is a Leo. He just called me about a 1/2 hr ago and told me he left her and they are getting divorced, even though they are not known to have problems. I thought that was synchronistic, since I had just read this thread.

What do you think this might mean for me if you don't mind me asking?

Venus at 29 degrees Aries

and

Midheaven at 3 degrees Taurus

so it will be transiting both those points several times this year.

Seems like now or never to get my artistic career unstuck.

If the astrologer would look at mine, my life has been a quandary to me:

Asc. aries 11; sun gemini 11 second house; moon gemini 26 third house; jupiter cancer 2 (I'm rounding up) third house; mercury cancer 3 third house; venus cancer 11 fourth house; south node cancer 15 fourth house; uranus 20 fourth house; pluto leo 22 fifth house; saturn scorpio 3 seventh house; neptune libra 23 seventh house; Mars (chart ruler) capricorn 8 tenth house; chiron capricorn 28 tenth house.

The pluto transits have been horrid.

Sounds like you should work towards a very beautiful house (you can make a small, plain ugly house beautiful with proportions in furnishings and things like feng shui) that's mostly library, with tons of books and multiple big writing desks, and has a big dining room and a guest room for lots of visitors. Dining room could be an outdoor patio, or a big coffee table too. Guest room could be a foldout couch in the living room.

Are you writing a lot? Do you read a lot?

Do you work on your house or apartment to make it support you and support your goals? Venus in cancer in the fourth is nice, so is jupiter in cancer in the second.

"If you could work at home, you would get rich." maybe.

Seems like you might be happier if you had a lot of children, or if that isn't possible, a lot of pets or visitors to take care of.

The pluto transits have been wreaking havoc on my home.

It has been damaged and I haven't been able to have visitors or companion animals. Pluto in the fifth--children can be quite the disaster and I have none. My plants at least are thriving. The ones I cared for outside were destroyed by the envious!

I do have a lot of books and I do read a lot.

My writing has been constantly interrupted.

I wrote a curriculum from home that was stolen and made others rich.

My jupiter in cancer is in the third house.

I think for all of us we need to focus on the higher aspects of our sun signs. Leo here, and Lord knows there are enough crap aspects to Leos, too, I just try to focus and nurture the higher ones. :)

yes Taurus are great friends of Leos! Not everyone thinks about it, but we have to focus on spiritual side of life, or at least try to be correct, helpfull and kind.

Have you ever looked at that astrocartography interactive map they have at astro.com? Maybe you should think about relocating.

Also have you ever looked at whole sign houses, that might give you a different perspective, Robert Hand likes that house system, that's good enough for me.

I actually sent away for an astrocartography analysis years ago.

I was advised to move to a uranus line on the pacific northwest, but I just don't want to live there.

Whole houses would give me a fourth house jupiter, which, coupled with venus there, might be the reason that my home is not totally destroyed.

The only other change would be the position of saturn, which would move to the eighth house.

I don't really identify with that description, but, then again, saturn touches mercury, venus, and mars with trines and sextiles.

I was told by a famous astrologer years ago that my chart was hard to get a hold on. He thought that it might be a "creative" chart because of the number of quintiles and biquintiles.

I read several descriptions of saturn in the eighth, and it could fit.

Also, jupiter, mercury, venus, south node, and uranus would be in the fourth, all opposed by mars in the tenth.

The sun would join the moon in the third.

Neptune is still in the seventh, and mars and chiron remain in the tenth.

Since it's a "natural" chart, that is, an aries ascendant, whole houses work.

I was told by one astrologer that the mars opposition is an "easy" one because of the elements involved--earth and water get along. The presence of chiron there could be the "ouch" factor.

The ruler, saturn, in the eighth, could explain fear response to letting go or asking for help or simply not getting help easily. All my life has felt like a silent scream, from which the gemini placements have allowed distraction.

It doesn't help to have neptune in the seventh house because of the sorts of people that attracts or not being seen realistically. I have gotten support from standard religious--I have moon trine neptune.

That pile-up in cancer in the fourth house explains why I enjoy the company of psychics so much and automatically turn to them in times of trouble. They "see" me through the neptune fog and the uranus square neptune.
