It's not just Amazon.. It's ALL warehouses. Picking orders is tough work and frustrating, mentally and physically exhausting. Meeting goal times is next to impossible and you often have to work 7 days a week because turnover is so high.

To meet targets you will literally be working to the bone, very heavy constant work. Slave wage. Zero hrs contracts, very minimal rights.. Fulfilment center = prison/community service/slave center. They are ran by slave running agencies, that call themselves 'recruitment agencies'. Come on with Amazon stuff slready. This is one of the easiest warehouses to work at. The standard is easy to get. The standard is how fast you have to move to meet the production goals. The product is extremely light on average as well and most of the jobs are automated so you don't have to move. No they do not pay you to use the bathroom at any warehouse that is on standard. That is what breaks are for. This is warehousing and logistics in general. We laughed when we saw the 60 minutes special. If they came to my work people would be outraged. They won't be use unlike amazon people cany go without the service my warehouse provides.
