I would love to see North Korea become as thriving and prosperous as South Korea, however I don’t think that is Kim’s plan, he just wants some relief of the sanctions. Unless he’s had a true change of heart I would expect him to still keep the people locked down and deprived in n.korea’s communist economic system.
