Coffee and soft drinks causes hairloss!

I still have my hairline at the age of 34 but one thing I've noticed is how my hair is not as thick and full of volume as it once was a few years ago.

I wish I was never introduced to coffee or soft drinks because they both elevate dht levels and dht is the hormone that causes hair loss.

I really let myself go from 2015-2017 because of things I was going through in life and letting myself go involved drinking two cups of coffee a day and a soft drink. By doing so, my hair has thinned out severly. I would see chunks of hair in my hands Everytime I showered, not knowing what was causing it.

So last weak I found out that coffee and softdrinks were the culprit, this made me put the information I found to the test by not drinking coffee and soft drinks.

What I found was that the shedding in the shower had completely stopped. This made me so angry because I wish I would have stopped in 2015 , so then maybe my hairline and volume now would be even thicker and Fuller.

There are some people who can drink soft drinks and coffee as much as they want and the negative effects of hairloss will have no effect on them. That is because they have low levels of dht to begin with.

I'm hitting 35 this year and I'm so angry with myself because if I didn't drink coffee and softdrinks, my hair would look like a teenagers hair when I turn 40.
