100% fakery, no doubt. There is a cut at 42 seconds then the camera angle changes slightly, and a new car is in front of the first car. And you can't say a car pulled up because now they are closer in the new angle.

Cop does drop weapon repeatedly. I watched it in 25% time and you can see when the cop approached the van driver still holding a weapon. But the cop approached him with gun down and only baton out.

No blood on a white van is suspicious indeed.

Most of the people who could have caught it on camera were getting hit by the van or probably moving out of its way. The only other option is to piece together security camera footage.
