This is the number one issue facing not only the western world, but the whole world. I would like to bring to focus the 3 main factors of population control.
Number one is vaccinations. Very simple philosophy here: You make people sick, raise health care costs and people are less able to have kids. Also the link that vaccines make both pets and humans alike infertile. Here is an interesting read [

Number 2 is population displacement. Simply look at the middle east as an example. The majority of the migrants coming into europe are young males of breeding age. They left their wives at home in hopes of one day bringing them to europe. For women they are most fertile before the age of 16-28. After that the fertility rate for women start to decline rapidly and after 34 becomes really tough almost impossible without medical help. These men leaving their young wives will have impact on population in the next 30 years. Similar results are expected in central america, although populations in south america seem unaffected for now. Trends change suddenly though and I am sure there are plans for south america and west africa. They may not be on the radar right now, but stay tuned.
Number 3 is sugar. [

Cost of living is also a form of control. Some people can barely afford to pay their rent let alone think about kids. The other big one I left out is media and movies. You program this stuff into kids at a young age that they don't need kids and they should focus on college and advancing their careers. By the time thety get settled in its past their breeding age. Think of the movie idiocracy to get the gist of this.
Sorry for the long post I just think this is an important topic that gets forgotten in the conspiracy circles. We sometimes let the media determine what conspiracies we focus on. Here is a pro tip the things the media are not talking about are the true conspiracies that need focus.
