Look on poo tube for anything by Georg Deuter. There's too many to list. Unfortunately, my personsl favourite of his has been blocked by the beast. Deuter - Circada. (Not the album, the actual track).

He has also written many scores for different types of meditation other than the 'traditional' sitting and contemplating...


(FYI, I'm not a follower of OSHO, but have met many of his people over the years and have realised his methods have merit).

An updated explanation of Binaural Beats...

A binaural beat is an auditory illusion perceived when two different pure-tone sine waves, both with frequencies lower than 1500 Hz, with less than a 40 Hz difference between them, are presented to a listener(one through each ear). For example, if a pure tone is listened to in the right ear, while a pure tone is presented to the listener's left ear, they will perceive the auditory illusion of a third tone, in addition to the two pure-tones presented to each ear. The third sound is called a binaural beat.
