It is illegal neither on the basis of US or international law.
Quoting: Adytum I cannot see how they have any legal standing in this non matter. They have zerô jurisdiction there and or over two sovereign nationns agreement and or relations. They would probably claim that Jerusalem does not belong to Israel, but the argument is pretty flimsy. Jerusalem is not the Golan, and it is not the occupied territories. It is the historical capital of the Jewish prople.
