We know who set up the meeting - the supposed "friend of Trump" promoter from England. We also know who else is living in England and has been involved with MI6 and the CIA. We know the meeting was set up with the promise of "Russian dirt on Hillary." We also know Kushner and Don Jr. walked out of the meeting. So, what happened?
