Just when you thought it was safe to BBQ, new research indicates that grilling meats at high temperature will produce Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons or PAH's for short. PAH exposure is through inhalation and through skin exposure, from a China study. PAH can cause lung disease and DNA mutation...(less than 50%) Notice how cigarettes were demonized and how 2nd hand smoke can effect others. As a result, you can't smoke outside in various areas. Eventually I can see this happening with grilling as people become effected by PAH. Watch the lawsuits and then the banning of an American grilling Tradition... [ link to www.upi.com (secure)] It's not an American tradition. People have been grilling for at least 200,000 years. You've been outed as an idiot, congratulations!  Yeah and most people have died decades before they reach their maximum lifespan potential for the last 200,000 years. So what does that prove??
