Quoting: Doc_Holiday The woman who falsely accused a Texas Department of Public Safety trooper of sexual assault after she was pulled over for apparent drunk driving could face charges, according to the Ellis County district attorney. Sherita Dixon-Cole accused DPS trooper Daniel Hubbard of “forcefully groping” her in a sexual assault inside and outside of his cruiser. Her claims were shared more than 50,000 times online, thanks to posts by Dixon-Cole’s attorney and social activist Shaun King. [link to www.wfaa.com (secure)] I can see Shaun King falling for this, but her lawyer ought to know better considering #BLM got its way and every cop in the land wears a body camera now. People disgust me to no end. Can't we get rid of these cretins ? Gen. John B Gordon and Gen. Nathan Bedford Forrest were the finest citizen-soldiers birthed in America. |

Same thing, she accused the cop of racially profiling her and sexual assault. Just love when they play the body cams back! They need to be prosecuted, it costs cities money and man power to look into these bogus claims. ~With forethought and malice Whitless enacted an EO giving nursing homes immunity from wrongful death prosecutions, forced them to take in infected patients and is responsible for over 6500+ nursing home deaths~ |

Sooner or later, they're gonna get it that you can't make false allegations against police anymore. This is why we haven't seen much of a riot season to speak of the last couple years. No longer can Mike Brown's "witnesses" get away with saying some racist pig shot down an unarmed, nonthreatening black man in cold blood. There were supposed to be protests, earlier this week, about the NBA player in Milwaukee getting roughed up by some cops over parking in a couple handicapped spots, but when everyone saw what a dick he was being, for no good reason, a collective yawn was uttered across Milwaukee. Imagine if there were no body cams. Before too long, the streets would have been filled with angry people saying those cops dragged him out of CVS and tried to murder him. Personally I dont see how it couldnt be a crime to make fake allegations like these about anyone. peoples jobs reputations and not to mention if they arnt so lucky as to have definitve proof like a body cam could mean jail time. so i think fuckers who do this shit should sit in prison for 4-5 years and mothers who convince young ones to make false claims to child support or custody |

Yup, and it's hilarious considering they were the ones who demanded the body cams. I guess they actually believed their own bullshit claims that there was an epidemic of police brutality against black people. Guess you should've been more careful what you asked for, #BLM. Sometimes, you actually get it. Don't say you weren't warned. There were a whole lot of us, back in 2014, predicting exactly what has happened. [link to www.wfaa.com (secure)] Im not totaly sure of all the `facts` regarding the original complaint.....Was this a `facebook` style accusation that was supposed to stay within her `peer` group and it spun out of all controll??. Who did she make this `complaint` to? The point I make is at a few points in the whole video the trooper said to the fiance and the DWI that it was ALL being recorded and also from his car. They KNEW the whole lot was being recorded. The way the trooper was manipulating his camera was in such a way that he `envisaged` he would have to defend himself in some way and at some point. My view was the trooper was professionally and courteously outstanding....Hell he may have been playing up to the camera. IF YOU HAVE A FEVER DO NOT LOWER IT WITH MEDS.... A FEVER IS AN IMMUNE SYSTEM RESPONSE TO A PATHOGEN (VIRUS, BACTERIA ETC..) IT MEANS YOUR IMMUNE SYSTEM IS WORKING PROPERLY....DONT USE DRUGS TO LOWER YOUR TEMP. |
