I say round up all of the ones that do this and make an example of them.. There were like 3 or 4 of these in the last week or so making similar claims.

Same thing, she accused the cop of racially profiling her and sexual assault.

No longer can Mike Brown's "witnesses" get away with saying some racist pig shot down an unarmed, nonthreatening black man in cold blood.

There were supposed to be protests, earlier this week, about the NBA player in Milwaukee getting roughed up by some cops over parking in a couple handicapped spots, but when everyone saw what a dick he was being, for no good reason, a collective yawn was uttered across Milwaukee. Imagine if there were no body cams. Before too long, the streets would have been filled with angry people saying those cops dragged him out of CVS and tried to murder him.

Personally I dont see how it couldnt be a crime to make fake allegations like these about anyone. peoples jobs reputations and not to mention if they arnt so lucky as to have definitve proof like a body cam could mean jail time. so i think fuckers who do this shit should sit in prison for 4-5 years and mothers who convince young ones to make false claims to child support or custody

Yup, and it's hilarious considering they were the ones who demanded the body cams. I guess they actually believed their own bullshit claims that there was an epidemic of police brutality against black people.

Im not totaly sure of all the `facts` regarding the original complaint.....Was this a `facebook` style accusation that was supposed to stay within her `peer` group and it spun out of all controll??. Who did she make this `complaint` to?

The point I make is at a few points in the whole video the trooper said to the fiance and the DWI that it was ALL being recorded and also from his car. They KNEW the whole lot was being recorded.
The way the trooper was manipulating his camera was in such a way that he `envisaged` he would have to defend himself in some way and at some point.

My view was the trooper was professionally and courteously outstanding....Hell he may have been playing up to the camera.

My understanding was that she initially complained to the booking officer at the jail. She was told to file a formal complaint but never followed up on it.

The lawyer supposedly posted first about it and then Shaun picked it up.

Harsh penalties for these lairs.. Also the ones that claim racism incessantly at traffic stops

False accusations (against anyone) should be seriously prosecuted.

If someone makes a proven false allegation that could end a person's career or even send them to prison, that is no small thing.

It should be treated very seriously, and the punishment should be severe.
