Boron is also helpful. I would seriously look into taking at least 6mgs each day, possibly much more to start. It's a mineral and yes, is what's in Borax.

If you can't get the infection totally gone, you're in for another knee replacement. That happened recently to one of my clients. He had to go for about 10 weeks without a knee before they could put a different one in.

It was really scary but he made it through and is doing great now.
