No cheating in the sauna. Do dry heat sauna so you know you are sweating. At first people dont sweat, it takes a few weeks and then it takes like 5min.

Sunlight - goes 1" into the body and kills everything bad. Suggested.

Infrared bulb - goes 3" deep into the body. Doesn't hurt to hit other organs but just study on it. Hitting organs is good too. Must drink tons of clean water, poland springs I guess is the best.
