Delta airline kicks family of 4 off plane, refuses to refund them, and gives the seats to immigrants

This is stupid.

All it will do is make people hate immigrants.

If they are going to not deliver the seating they gave a ticket out to the one who paid for it, then they would need to let the one who holds the seat by that ticket know this and in advance to arriving there to be seated in it.
That is so very unethical and defrauding of the customers.

That man was incredible calm. Hats off to him.

The Supervisor flat out lied about kids in car seats- the FAA encourages it and with no age restriction, she threatened the parents with arrest and children being taken to temp foster care, Delta did refund their money and additional compensation....

Delta offers a lame ass apology for their 'unfortunate experience'.... fuck them!

OP where was it said that the seats were given to immigrants or are you shit stirring? Not only that but the article you posted even says they were given a refund.....

If the seat was ticketed to another person then the child shouldn't be sitting in it, but why wasn't this caught at the gate? Why didn't the Father and Mother deal with this at the counter before boarding?
