I raised them they are still conflicted by the fact when she sees them acts as if nothing happened. Goes to the extent of giving them drugs, alcohol and pornography when they are as young as 13. And still insist on "I'm a good mom" persona. Frankly in my situation they would have been much better off if she would have passed or completely gotten out of their way. Sad to say but it's true. |

Maybe I'm different, but I think grief and healing are a private matter. You heal from the inside. Bashing the dead is cowardly and a misguided plea for pity. Both will make you bitter. Negativity doesn't help the healing process. Maybe the woman thought she doing that's best for them. We don't know what goes on in people's heads. I've misconstrued many a person's intentions. As humans we naturally gravitate toward the negative. This will end up being their legacy, not her's. |
