Killing us isn't the only form of jihad. Islam demands our submission. Islam places the muslim above the kafir. Islam has one goal - the establishment of a global caliphate where all are subjugated under sharia law. As long as a muslim works towards that goal, s/he is a good muslim, and s/he is no friend of the unbeliever. It is not an extreme interpretation of Islam to rape non muslim women and girls. It is 100% permitted. An islamist doesn't need to blow us up, or run us down with a truck. An islamist can smile and go about their day peacefully, every day of their life. But those people are a threat to our way of life. A threat to freedom because they have a different goal than we do. Islam is a political force, a conquering force. If it was only a religion, we wouldn't care about it one bit. That has been my sad experience.
