Lawless opposition to those filming by lawless command to stop or by clever manipulative intimidation by navy airforce army by gov officials public servants such as p.o workers gov schools or gov contractors or private business of private citizens or armed cops and repeated inquisitional questioning for id and detaining and arresting is criminal and treasonous that involves the executive branch in treason showing them deprived of all authority lawless and null and void and proven guilty of treason , whereby they should be sentenced accordingly and jailed then imprisoned according to the sentancing for treason a capital offence
congress the only lawful place in the u.s laws can be made shall make no law ; congress of the peoples representative government that sits on federal property publicly owned by the people and publicly accessable to the people in public areas not secured for security reasons and that governments congress shall make no law
All secure areas should be TRULY INNACCESSABLE AND TRULY secured AND TRULY not publicly viewable
If they are it is not the peoples fault and those filming are allowed to film what is not secured from sight.
Fed property is owned by the people The fourth amendment is recognised by the federal government.
If people are inside a publicly accessable area of fed property the 4 ammendment forbidding unreasonable searches which includes identification protects the people from giving away privacy unreasonably such as by being forced to the giving id.
If the area is under such id searches rules which violate the 4 th amnendment illegally IT SHOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE FOR THE PUBLIC TO ENTER THE AREA AT ALL FOR IT IS NOT INFACT PUBLIC BUT SECURED FOR SECURITY PURPOSES HENCE THE FOR IDENTIFICATION.
The gov includes the fed executive branch ; the judicial branch judges courts police etc and then the military branch of government, none of these has ANY authority right or power to oppose the right of the free people to film in any way, and neither do the people.
