Mandela Effect on Standardly Accepted Rate of Freefall Acceleration 9.98 becomes 9.81

I am requesting a 5 star and bump to place this atop since it got initially buried when all the residuals had not yet been googled, duckduckgo'd etc.

I come from the timeline where the gravitational freefall acceleration constant taught in my high school physics class in September of 1991 was 9.98 meters per second squared.

Last time I went on youtube within the last few years to check on building 7's original analysis of freefall, the quoted freefall speed in the audio did not vary from my memory of my timeline and that video when I watched it a few years ago mentioned 9.98.

I am presently taking physics as an adult right now and just heard the instructor say on his video lecture 9.81 instead of 9.88.


I immediately noticed the discrepancy and assumed it was a timeline shift since I have had several movies etc. change on me recently from Star Wars to karate kid and now even Stargate.

I went to Wikipedia and saw this timeline had the number at 9.81.

I did a search on duckduckgo and found a converter site based on my search and found 9.98 searchable.

I posted my original thread on godlike.

I received many nay-sayers from this timeline, as expected.

I went back out to duckduckgo and found a quora answer on a 9.98 gravity search where someone answers 9.81 from this timeline and above the question, someone had typed 9.98.

I did a google search.

I found a conversation uploaded to googlegroups off an old usenet conversation between Alan Barclay and another guy on 5/1/1994 where Alan, a now PhD Dietician with several degrees (when he was much younger) was giving a technical analysis using 9.98 and was then corrected by someone in this timeline with 9.81 (since Alan did not know he had jumped timelines given nobody knew about it back then in the web's infancy).

I found a UCSB.edu scienceline lecture on a University of California educational official website using 9.98 as the official number (the instructor or whoever posted it in extreme detail talking about the variations as you go to the center of the earth and graph the slope or go upwards towards outer space -- obviously taught that class without realizing they shifted timelines, so that seems like a pretty credible source. I don't think physics instructors at a University of California school quoting 9.98 as surface freefall speed can be labeled internet hillbillies.


Within my original thread, we got at least 3 responses confirming other posters who experienced confirmed Mandela effects from having taken art appreciation and sketching Rodin's statue "The thinker" and then later both him and his girlfriend witnessed the fist go from the chin to the forehead, then he posted it on godlike, then it went back to the chin and the godlike post disappeared as he reverted back to that timeline.


We can deduce that if there were only 2 timelines (assuming there can be 2, there might be 2000 for all we know), that the timeline we are in has;


(a)9.81 as the freefall speed at the surface of the earth give or take depending on where on the surface you are.

(b)Rodin's thinker in this timeline has his head on his chin.


(c)Stargate, the movie's opening scene in Giza 1928 dropped has a completely different director as in the other timeline, the father who finds the eye of ra hands it to his daughter and in this timeline, she just picks it up and nobody gives it to her, plus the acting in this timeline is completely blase'/unconcerned whereas in the other timeline, the entire first and second scenes are completely Crimson Tide action/take/action/staring into the camera/overacting style. Also, in my timeline, Kurt Russel's haircut is longer (he has a flat-top in my timeline and in my timeline flat-tops were really tall).


(d)This timeline has C3P0 with a lower right leg that is silver instead of gold. In my timeline, he is completely gold.


(e)In this timeline, karate kid's headband has a black and white open circle extended out to the side design. In my timeline, it is a red or orange Japanese sunrise or something like that and the end of the movie in my timeline doesn't cut out the scene in the parking lot at the end where Miagi honks the other instructors nose and in this timeline that scene is removed but seems to exist in special features because it is still on youtube although a bunch of people mistakenly labelled it as from the sequel for some damn reason.


And so on....


So, anyone have any ideas on how people jump timelines?


Does it happen overnight when we are dreaming?

Does it happen when you go into samadhi?

Does it happen independent of what we are doing at the time?

Has it always happened and nobody figured it out until the internet gave us a bunch of history to compare against our memory?


Were there specific times where it happened in mass to large groups of people due to some event such as a sunspot or a comet or a spiritual awakening or a glitch in the matrix?
