Not so bad, I'm more worried about the Azores and New Zealand right now.

Here's the past seismicity chart for the area you're speaking of:

Re: 5.0 Pacific-Antarctic Ridge EQ
The problem with the Azores is that they think there may be a subduction zone like the one in Sumatra.

Where the Eurasian, African and North American plates meet, you'll notice a little triangle of rippled sea crust. This is where they think there may be the remnants of a smaller subducting plate in the shape of a triangle. One of the scientists did a paper on it, fearing it may be a situation like that of Indonesia.

Can't promise I bookmarked it, but I'll try to find it.
I live on the East coast, so I'm trying to keep an eye on it.

Also, someone posted that the GRB's have nothing to do with gravity the other day(Canada Gravity post). I found an article in researching that there is an effect. I'll look for that too.

I'm new, and have a hectic schedule, but try to take time to monitor this site. I've found that alot of things I've found here, correlate to my research (as a layman)LOL.

“For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only begotten ([a]unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts in, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish (come to destruction, be lost) but have eternal (everlasting) life.

Here is 1 of the articles I bookmarked:

This ad was interesting for Tsunami alerts :)

Here's a site to expand your knowledge a little

Here are a couple of interesting articles:

Here is a host of info sites on this one, including emergancy management:

[link to nedies.jrc.it]

You've absolutely have to read this one. It's about the GRB that everyone talked about in connection to the Sumatra earthquake. Pay special attention to what they said the effects were on Earth, and what would have happened to the Earth if it had been closer :) :

I have alot more, but this will probably take a little time to go through.
Don't forget to bookmark the links from the NEDIES site that you may want to monitor.

Also, take a look at the side lines on some of the links (like the 1st one). It looks like there are things I haven't gotten to yet, about gravity .... and the other stories or updates listed.
