This is just fucking insane... You're right, it *IS* insane - read the actual flyer from the photograph.. talks about gangstalking and chanting a phrase about positive energy to a microwave.. They seem to be in reference to cell towers... hard to read the first flyer (there are two) because the windshield wiper is in the way.
