Did anybody actually read what the flyers said?
If you ask me, it's really just an excuse to have regular people avoid picking up and reading what it says.
Officer: Holy shit, do you think this is true?!
Superviser: *thinking (Jesus Christ! We can't have people reading this.) For god's sake Officer, it's covered in Fentanyl! Warn the masses!
