am wary of anyone who attaches much meaning to labels or attaches fiercely to dogma or labela themself x rwligion or x awakened

live rather close to a kundalini center, have known ppl who hv stated they experienced a kundalini awakening (mostly through the praxtice of kundalini yoga) and none of them are demon possessed or whatever bullshit some xtian ppl want to think and none hv done this stuff i see expressed here or hv read on-line.

schizophrenics hv muscle spasms though...and who knows perhaps ppl undergoing a spiritual awakening through forced measures may go into psychotic states bc they forced an awakening / enlightenment for which their consciousness was not prepared or for which it was NOT intended / meant.

all i can say, is the experiences which i hv experienced and will never label (bc words minimize the experiences) took me from believing in 'God' to KNOWING 'God' (source, creator(s), whatever) exists and has always been real and the proof is in miracles big and small experienced every day.

bad things only happen from human choices and the lies of this illusion, which includes 'abrahamic' based religions (though there are some truths peppered within) and "God" wishes us to empower ourselves and break free in goodness from 'slavery.'

the 'reality'as it is now was not what was meant to be ... it is like a failed experiment, but hey, that is free will


make better choices with the help that is already being provided or this shit gets wiped and rebooted

When I said ancients used kundalini energy in everyday life I was going to tell you about the Native American ritual of rain dance. I ran into a Native American feast once and was in wonder seeing them dancing and calling to nature.
It's only 20 years later I realised they were doing energy work and it hit me like a ton of bricks. Nothing has changed but the realisation was profound.
If you looked into history you'll find that traditional practices were all about nature and using the energies in nature to reach God. Directly asking God to intervene.
It pains me to learn that Native Americans were exterminated to suppress this knowledge.

That happened to me,12 years ago to be exact but whatever it was,I got rid of it in 2009.It must have been black magic through a dream because I woke up in the morning and my life was weird.One day,I wanted nothing of it and I started praying to God and asked for protection and angry, screaming,I asked them to leave me and go towards the light and whatever it was left me.But don't think that you got away with it because bad things happened to some of my children and I have suffered a lot.

kundalini is imbalance of too much yang energy flowing up the spine and not enough yin to balance flowing down the front of the body supplement with some sort of yin practice if you can

The male and female energies flow upwards from the base of the spine. When you master this flow of energies, by kundalini practice, they will join in the pineal and you will experience the Soma. Soma is divine bliss which flows from the pineal. It's mentioned in the Bible as the golden chalice.

Seer, I for one have been practising yoga just as intensively and for way longer.

I agree that some maybe many people get into it beyond their depth, BUT, if one is traditionally trained, this isn't the case. One learns to be unaffected by things they will experience. The people you are talking about, who are, not to put too fine a point on it, fucked up by their experiences, haven't had the depth of experience to deal with it.

Think putting a jet engine in a small town car.

It isn't for everyone and I strongly disagree with all the 'Kundalini Yoga' classes that offer a quick fix. They are more interested in money than your spiritual and psycholgical well being.

If you want to practice yoga, do your homework first and find a reputable teacher/organisation.

Really? Where does the Bible talk about balancing male and female energies? Where does it instruct meditation as Eastern religions and philosophies practice? Where does it say to engage in a vegetarian diet? I guess you missed the part about Jesus being the only way.
